注资难救颓势！丹麦机械家族企业Ceetec销量暴跌终告破产

丹麦米德尔法特由Frandsen夫妇经营的机械制造家族企业Ceetec，虽获470万丹麦克朗注资，仍因营收与毛利大幅暴跌申请破产，现有38名员工，受托人正寻求出售部分或全部业务。

即便拿到救命钱也没能撑住！一家来自丹麦米德尔法特、由Janni和Jesper Frandsen夫妇打理的家族机械制造企业Ceetec，近期正式宣告破产。

此前在去年9月，公司刚获得一笔约470万丹麦克朗（合63万欧元）的注资，本想靠这笔资金稳住经营，可最终还是没能走出财务泥潭。



财报数据更直观反映危机：2024/25财年公司毛利润从2590万丹麦克朗狂跌至530万丹麦克朗，核心原因就是销量急剧下滑。截至2026年初，这家企业还有38名员工。

目前官方已任命破产受托人，正尝试出售公司全部或部分业务，试图为部分部门和资产寻找出路。这一案例也折射出当下制造业的艰难处境：市场需求波动大、财务不稳，即便有外部资金输血，也难抵挡持续下滑的营收冲击。
